Payment Integration - Global Payments#9

We would like an integration for Global Payments as a priority for the CA market.

It would be beneficial to also integrate Global Payments with CW online ordering as well. This would allow for POS, Mobile Payments at Table, Kiosk, and Online Ordering to work seamlessly through one payment provider.
