Grouping the Menu categories into Groups like Entree, Mains, Desserts#37

If we can group the menu categories into Entree, Mains and they can print out accordingly in the prints. For Example, Starters, Tandoor items are grouped in as Entrees.Naan Breads, Curries, Rice are grouped in as Mains and while printing it shows the Group on Top. Makes it easy for the Chef. Getting a lot of Request for this.
