Cloudwaitress bookings into Push Pos#29

There should also be a Bookings button in Push Pus, which would shows all cloudwaitress bookings just like online orders. Right now they have to open the web dashboard which is time consuming and something confusing for non techincal customers. intergrated bookings will make the software more seamless.
